Description :
Ensure the Quality Management System is effectively maintained and working with Department Managers to improve processes.
He is responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Company Quality Policy, Quality objectives and procedures according to the ISO standards and other international Management standards.
Handle HR day to day issues related directly or indirectly with the Quality Management System.
Responsible for handling employee relations, recruitment, retention, policies and procedures. The Human Resource Manager will also educate employees on benefits, process payroll & maintain employee files
He will be the Management Representative for the ISO 9001-2000 quality system
