Deliver the highest technical standard, workmanship & quality from the Bodyshop staff in order to assure total customer satisfaction.
Maintain a comprehensive Technical literature for preparation and Paint mixing.
Audit Bodyshop standards and quality of repairs on regular basis.
To supervise the Bodyshop Reception and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.
Ensure Bodyshop Control Boards are being operated correctly to monitor work distribution and progress between the different Section of Bodyshop.
Audit regularly Work Write-ups/worksheets to ensure they are written up and recorded accurately.
Control Paint stock, Materials and consumable items (via computer program when appropriate)
