Ensure that no “major non conformance” is found by external auditors.
Ensure prompt corrective actions where audits demonstrate a need for such action.
Ensure that corrective actions are closed within time frame.
Plan, conduct / coordinate internal audits and produce internal audit reports
Conduct internal QMS training
Support distributors in their quality actions
Job specifications: (Qualification & Experience)
Bachelor of science
QMS Training and lead auditor auditor training
3 to 4 years experience in quality management or equal functions
Able to use MS office Effectively
Basic understanding of elevator and escalator industry.
Personnal Qualities:
Good Communication skills
Good Analytical Skills
Team worker
Key results Expected:
Develop and analyze statistical data on CA\\\'s, NC Customer complaints and QMS training.
Conduct Internal audits on time as per schedule
Working Conditions:
Work is in office and field both as per the requirement
This includes timely travel to other affiliated offices in the region and distributors
