BS in Engineering, Project Managment is a plus; preferably from Elevator Industry,good managerial skills

Reporting to the Managing Director in Jeddah, and with a close working relationship with the sales team, the position has full responsibility for the NEB (New Equipment Business) Field Operations Function in Saudi Arabia. All project Managers will report to him.
In particular, this includes the successful planning of all projects, installation, delivery of projects leadership and management of all NEB field staff and subcontractors, together with the key challenge of growing and improving the business.
• Prepare and present Budget & MRP for field department
• Execute approved plans
• Continuous monitoring of cash flow of field projects
• Regular Customer meetings
• Overall project planning, follow up and update
• Internal & external reporting as per company practices
• Field Cost follow up
• Develop subordinates’ competences (training, coaching…)
• Coordinate between internal & external involved parties
• Responsible for Quality and Safety
•Minimum four to five project managers will be reporting to him
