Prepare and present Budget & MRP for field department
Execute approved plans
Continuous monitoring of cash flow of field projects
Regular Customer meetings
Overall project planning, follow up and update
Internal & external reporting as per company practices
Field Cost follow up
Develop subordinates’ competences (training, coaching…)
Coordinate between internal & external involved parties
Responsible for Quality and Safety
