Bs Engineering,preferably from Elevator Industry,dynamic,Previous experience in leading people (Project Managers & Installation Managers),Record of independent development projects, Awareness of field management key issues, minimum four to five projects managers will be reporting to him
Description :
• Prepare and present Budget & MRP for field department
• Execute approved plans
• Continuous monitoring of cash flow of field projects
• Regular Customer meetings
• Overall project planning, follow up and update
• Internal & external reporting as per company practices
• Field Cost follow up
• Develop subordinates’ competences (training, coaching…)
• Coordinate between internal & external involved parties
• Responsible for Quality and Safety
