Description :
• Prepare and follow up of annual budget for branch
• Managing and supervising all NEB/SEB activities of the branch
• Supervising Projects and ensuring timely completion of the same.
• Participate in tender/project risk management
• Chairing monthly / weekly branch meetings
• Plan and execute the training of Staff & Operatives in coordination with HR
• Participation in sales negotiations, if required.
• Ensure Quality and Safety as per our norm
• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction
• Handle administrative, personnel and financial issues of Branch
• Ensure collection of full payment from market
• Ensure the profitability of the branch is achieved
• Implement strategies and action to meet the target set by the management, etc……
