Bs degree in Engineering, finance, minimum 6 years of experience, professional certificate (Q.A, ISO)
Description :
► Set QA compliance objectives and ensure that all targets are achieved within all departments.
► Ensure that world class quality standards and methodologies (ISO, TQM, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, etc…) are applied across the company departments.
► Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and legislation across the company departments.
► Review quality performance data and charts against defined parameters and recommend the best course of action as needed to the company.
► Utilize the latest advanced management techniques ISO (International Standards Organization) and TQM (Total Quality Management) and apply them across the company.
► Provide advisory on quality standards and quality management strategies to all operations departments.
► Act as custodian of all policies & procedures manuals, ensure they are properly understood, carried out and implemented across company and ensure all modifications are communicated and addressed to concerned parties.
Performance Management
► Oversee the development and implementation of a Performance Management System in order to measure the organization’s performance through the use of the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
► Oversee the implementation of awareness sessions for management and staff to enhance their awareness of the Performance Management System and how it applies to appraisals and their performance.
► Manage the process of data collection for each performance measure and the reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI\\\'s) and the Balanced Scorecard.
► Manage the measuring and analysis of results for each performance measure.
► Provide guidance and orientation for Department Directors in order to use the Balanced Scorecard framework (setting targets, defining initiatives, and measuring performance).
Managerial
► Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to department personnel to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. Ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the department.
► Communicate and discuss the department’s guidelines and procedures with employees to ensure responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities are defined and understood.
► Delegate some of the responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of the department’s operation.
► Conduct annual performance appraisal to review employees’ work performance.
► Recommend/approve salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance. Carry out disciplinary meetings when needed.
► Monitor the adherence of department employees to guidelines, policies and procedures.
► Ensure effective departmental performance through the selection, development, deployment and motivation of competent staff.
